Hi ritmo2k, this sounds like a valid access review usability gap. If reviewers can see the permission description but not enough context to decide safely, the review still creates risk because they may approve based on incomplete information. I would document exactly which fields are missing, include screenshots of the reviewer experience, and submit it through Microsoft feedback or a support case if this is affecting production governance. As a workaround, include the missing context in the review instructions or supporting material until the review UI supports it directly.
