If I'm not mistaken Bitwarden passkeys are syncable which is currently not supported with Microsoft Entra ID. Currently you can only use device-bound passkeys. Check this blog post > Public preview: Expanding passkey support in Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Community Hub
