Azure AD Office 365 Your Password Has Expired

Started happening about a month ago users would change password after being prompted but the prompt keeps on returning. (Not happening to everyone but I'm unable to find a pattern) Troubleshooting ...

Have you checked in the azure portal the sign-ins logs for those users?

    FredG93 Nothing there Fred :(, I got a bit creative and removed and re-added the E5 licence but that didn't help either.
