Azure AD Connect -- Potentially Deleted User
Hoping someone can assist with this. I started Azure AD Connect sync and now one of our users is having issues. She reached out letting me know her office had signed her out and wasn't accepting her email. I checked m365 and saw her email had changed to a .onmicrosoft.com email and her license had been removed. After getting that straight now her outlook is saying her mailbox moved on the exchange server and is forcing her to use a temp mailbox.
Any idea on what's going on here? I'm thinking when Azure AD Connect started syncing it removed her original profile and now she's on this .onmicrosoft.com one. How would I get her original profile back?

I suppose the user does not have issues when managing her emails in Outlook on the web?
Regarding the Outlook desktop app, please create a new Outlook profile.
