Trojan;Win32 Threat Found- how to get rid of

I am having the similar issue with

Trojan: Win32/SuspLoad.BA!MTB. Defender says it removed it, but it keeps showing up. 

Also, submitted this to Microsoft Security response team and below is their reply. Basically, they are avoiding the issue.

Your screenshot shows an active threat associated with a hidden PowerShell command, so this should not be dismissed as an old scan result. In Protection History, expand the latest detection and choose Quarantine if action is still required; do not allow it or add an exclusion. Update Defender's security intelligence, save your work, and run Microsoft Defender Offline from Scan options. It restarts into the recovery environment to scan outside the normal Windows session. After restarting, check the newest detection time and affected items, distinguishing a fresh recurrence from an older retained history entry. Microsoft notes that repeatedly returning malware can have another component reinstalling it, which a normal full scan may not resolve. If it returns after the offline scan, stop using the PC for sensitive activity and obtain professional remediation assistance. Do not delete legitimate Windows executables merely because they appear in the detected command line.
