Your subscription is fine in Microsoft 365 Family/Premium, Copilot belongs only to the subscription owner and can't be shared with family members.
Clicking your own invite link on the phone gave that device a shared-member entitlement, which carries no Copilot rights hence the license message. Your PC still has the owner license, so it works.
Fix: sign fully out of Office/Copilot on the iPhone and sign back in as the owner account, then check account.microsoft.com → Services & subscriptions → sharing and use Stop sharing if your own account appears in the shared-with list.
If the dashboard shows you as owner but the phone still refuses, it's a stale entitlement contact Microsoft billing support, a reinstall won't help.
