Disabling Agent Creation for End Users with Copilot for Microsoft 365

Likewise, we are also look for the same ability as this and would appreciate any guidance. Out last contact with Microsoft appeared to indicate that enable Agent in M365 Copilot and the ability to create an Agent/Agent Builder are combined and therefore can be controlled separately as we are requesting, and at the time (about 6 months ago) there was no work to change this being considered.
