Copilot Projects folder empty after failed upgrade - case #7108610754

Hi, I'm following up on Microsoft Support case #7108610754. My Copilot Projects folder is completely empty (shows "No projects yet" on the Projects page), and several project folders with their full chat histories that existed before are no longer visible. The support chat marked the case as "resolved" and closed it, but nothing was actually restored - the folder is still empty. Could the Copilot product team please investigate this server-side? Happy to share the case number and account details privately if needed. Thank you.
