Copilot Chat vsus. Microsoft 365 Copilot. What's the difference?

I assume you mean you are using Microsoft Copilot with a personal Microsoft account free-tier. Right?
ZIP files are not supported by Copilot in general. This is not specific to the free version only. Neither to the Microsoft Copilot for consumers, nor for the Microsoft 365 Copilot for business and organizations support ZIP files.

Assuming you are using the Microsoft Copilot free-tier, then your next update would be Microsoft 365 Personal/Family/Premium. Here you could find more information:

You mentioned the use case which is related to medical records, personally I would not recommend uplaoding medical records to free-tier Microsoft Copilot.
If the upload is a must, first I would anonymize the medical records and set Microsoft Copilot privacy controls, so your conversation activity is not used to train Gen AI models.

OK I have tried to reset /anonymize Copilot free - but am unable to do so - so have decided to upgrade to a paid for account - could you confirm that this is available by the month ?
