Hello,

Yes, we've actually been seeing a few Copilot-related issues recently during training sessions with customers.

A few things I'd check:

- Confirm that your Microsoft 365 Copilot license is still assigned and active.

- Try creating the notebook from a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito session to rule out a client-side issue.

- Sign out of Microsoft 365 completely and sign back in to refresh authentication.

- If you're in a managed tenant, ask your administrator whether there are any current Copilot service advisories or policy changes affecting Copilot features.

- Try creating the notebook from OneNote on the web instead of from the Copilot experience. Microsoft recently added support for creating Copilot Notebooks directly in OneNote on the web.

Microsoft recently expanded Copilot Notebooks across additional experiences, including web scenarios, so if notebook creation was working previously and suddenly stopped, it could also be related to a temporary service-side issue.
