Stream performance issues - anyone?
Hi everyone, we switched to "Stream on Sharepoint" since August 1st. Now we are getting some tickets, that the performance is worse than Classic Stream. We are uploading 10-15 Minutes with 312M...
This is still a problem 1 year later. All of our iOS mobile users (sharepoint app) take 1min (almost exactly, every time, every video regardless of size or length, or video format). We've tried every possible way to load the videos onto a SharePoint page and it's always the same.

MicrosoftBrettZei, if possible, could you open a support ticket and share (1) a sample video that if playing with long load time and (2) sample playback session IDs for videos that are loading slowly?
