Bug Where Chapters are Getting Corrupted

You would have to talk with your IT team and have them file a support ticket.
I passed on your repro video to the engineers. They were aware of the issue but are having a hard time reproducing it themselves to know how to fix it. You video is helpful showing how it happens for you.
Let me check with them to see if they’ve gotten any further on their investigation.- Marc MrozThey still couldn't reproduce this issue but they are attempting a fix. It'll take a bit of time for it to be checked in and deployed. Hopefully what they changed addresses this issue.
