Unity Editor Crashing When I Open Mesh Uploader

When opening Unity I got this error in the console:
The Mesh Cloud Scripting runtime was built with a newer version of the Visual C++ Redistributable Package
Trying to open the Environments window crashed Unity.
Upgrading to the latest Visual C++ Redistributable fixed it for me.
