At this point Mesh only supports users inside of your tenant. This means that even external users added to your tenant as guests aren't unfortunately supported.
One way to get around this is to have "Mesh Accounts" in your tenant, that aren't anyone's personal accounts. You can have a few and distribute them to your clients. Of course with this approach you have to take care of information protection and security, so the external people cannot access any data they shouldn't.

- I don't have information on the roadmap for Mesh, but I'm sure this is a feature they are considering. It's just a matter of doing it securely, since it's one of the main points of the Mesh platform 🙂
