Workplace Analytics - Measurements
Hi is there a PowerPoint (or anything) that describes how each metric is measured? I am sure I have seen it somewhere (e.g. 1:1 time is measured purely by scheduled calls between the line manager and the employee, not measured through unscheduled calls between line manager and employee) and if we have this for all the measurements?
