What licences do I need to access manager and organisation insights?

My company has a E5 Licences. Part of that E5 assignment, as in the picture, is Microsoft MyAnalytics (Full). Does this give us access to My team insights and My organization capability?

    Hi VI_Migration I believe you need Viva Insights licenses to access My Team and My Organization as My Organization is the view for leaders that shows data for all licensed employees in the company's and My Team is the manager specific view that shows data for a manager's direct reports that are licensed.

I assumed that as well and went through all the documented steps as per the links, but still no luck. Ill reach out to MS and see if they can assist.
