The direct report limit actually only applies to the Group Manager insights - which are pretty similar to the Organization Insights but applicable for the team/s that the manager leads as per their reporting structure in Azure AD - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/org-team-insights/org-trends?source=recommendations#group-managers

The Teamwork habits tab is customizable.
