Teamwork habits - what manager of less than 9 directs can see
Hi Team, could you please specify how does Teamwork habits tab looks like if the manager has less than 9 directs? I have a customer deeply interested in buying Viva Advanced Insights App but their teams are mostly with less then 9 directs and I am thinking what value for could it still bring.

The direct report limit actually only applies to the Group Manager insights - which are pretty similar to the Organization Insights but applicable for the team/s that the manager leads as per their reporting structure in Azure AD - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/org-team-insights/org-trends?source=recommendations#group-managers
The Teamwork habits tab is customizable. Initially, it's built using the reporting structure from Azure AD (regardless of the number of reports), but then they are able to amend/re-build that team accordingly within the app. You can read more here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/org-team-insights/teamwork-habits#manage-your-team.
