Hi @Jake, thanks for the reply. I believed we followed the doc ...but still nothing can display on manager view, looks same as personal view. Do you have more ideas about it? thanks

  cafenote - please check that the manager has more than 9 people in their span of control and they are all assigned a Viva Insights license. if the problem still continues - please let us know.
