    To elaborate on Ahmed's post. You will need the premium license for every employee you wish to measure as the license is the trigger to gather data be used in reporting. 10 is the minimum threshold for privacy purposes.

      Thank you for the response it confirms what I suspected. Will purchase 10 licenses and decide if worth the investment for the whole org.
