Is Manager Insight available for E5 license?
Hi,
Our company has Viva App in Teams, and Personal Insights are available. But our Viva Suit license is expired, therefore Insights at the organizational level are currently disabled.
We wanted to try enabling Manager Insights since in Office 365 E5 license features Viva Insight(Manager and Leader Insights) are included as an adds-on service: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ww/microsoft-365/enterprise/office-365-e5?market=af&activetab=pivot:overviewtab
Unfortunately, we received an error message saying "Manager settings can't be edited yet. Please try again in a few days."
Does this mean that Manager Insights are not visible with an Office E5 license? Or are there some technical issues?

Unfortunately, no, Manager Insights are not available with an E5 license. You will need to have a Viva Suite or Viva Insights license to use that feature.
