How long after license assignment does it take for Manager insights to populate

Hi VI_Migration, was your tenant recently set up? Has your Viva Insights admin finished setting up Viva Insights? Please refer to these documents and let me know if you have follow up questions.

Hi,
Is it a requirement to complete the initial "Analyst settings" documented at the link below before the "Leader & manager settings" are available for editing? I'm asking because we purchased and assigned licenses 7 days ago, but we are still presented with the below message today. Is there a minimum number of licenses that need to be assigned? All suggestions welcome.

HI VI_Migration, yes you must finish setting up Analyst settings before you can set up Leader and Manager settings.
