How long after license assignment does it take for Manager insights to populate

Hi VI_Migration, was your tenant recently set up? Has your Viva Insights admin finished setting up Viva Insights? Please refer to these documents and let me know if you have follow up questions.

Jake_Caddes perhaps you can help me as well. Similar, yet slightly different question...
How long before Manager and Leader Insights is available at all? In my Admin setup for Viva Insights, I have received the message (see below) for more than 30 days. I am not even able to click the square to set up my Manager and Leader Insights. I have read all of the documentation and as far as I can determine, all licenses (I have 10), all settings (Insights analyst + Insight business manager) are all set. Do you or anyone else know what is going on? Am I the only one to experience this? Thank you in advance!
