Difference of Manager Digest Email vs Personal Digest Email

Based on the info I've found:
1. Yes, the manager may see tips on improving or maintaining their teams wellbeing and effectiveness - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/use/email-digests-3#digest-email I do not have screenshots to share, but I suspect these will be similar to the Insights found in Teams - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/org-team-insights/teamwork-habits
2. Currently no, the digest mail is system-generated - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/use/email-digests-3#digest-email
3. Currently no, I have not found anything to suggest that a person assigned a Leader Insights role would receive a different digest mail.
