1:1 Manager time
Just curious as to whether others experience this or if its a 'setting' I can adjust. I had a manager ask why they were nudged by Viva Insights to book a 1:1 coaching session with a particular employee when they actually have a two hour session coming up in a few days and it had been booked for a couple weeks.
I am wondering if because our leaders generally book a 1-2 hour session once a month if the calculation of 15 minutes 1:1 per week is what is throwing this metric off.
Any thoughts on this?

Hi VI_Migration, can you check with the manager and ask where they saw the reminder? It is possible to configure 1:1 reminders on the stay connected tab if that is where they saw it. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/teams/viva-insights-stay-connected#set-up-11-meeting-reminders
