Troubleshooting - Survey does send out
Hi All,
This is likely in the wrong spot and I'm suggesting making a troubleshooting community specifically for Glint. I'm so curious as to how there would not be more resources when Viva Glint requires either a manual import or sftp. Did everyone else have a much easier go? At any rate, I think I have the Viva Glint system sorted, however, my Survey's are simply not sending out. When I go through all the steps and run an export of who is was sent to, the downloaded file has no user

The first one is pretty nerve wracking when it feels like you are shooting in the dark and not really certain that you've done everything correctly. Good luck with your survey, I hope it goes well!
I agree 100%! A troubleshooting community for Glint would be highly useful, particularly for Glint Administrators who often are not the M365 Admins. It would save a lot of time and effort. Platform adoption and change management would improve significantly if Glint had a digital adoption platform like WalkMe included.

To post in the Viva Glint Community, you can go to Viva Glint's page, scroll to Discussion Spaces, choose a space, and and select Start a Discussion to post a question. If you're not already signed in to the Microsoft Community, you may be prompted to sign in.
