Sharing Dashboard to Guest user from 2 Tenants

I'm currently exploring the risk of using guest user to share my dashboard to multiple users from different AAD.
 
Tenants/Users:
  1. ADX Cluster Tenant
  2. External Tenant 1
    1. Ext Tenant 1 Guest 1
  3. External Tenant 2
    1. Ext Tenant 2 Guest 2
Scenario 1:
  1. External Tenant 1 Guest 1 aren't able to share the dashboard created by ADX Cluster Tenant as they are only given Viewers.
 
Scenario 2:
  1. Ext Tenant 1 Guest 1 can do the following in sequence.
    1. Save as copy for a dashboard that is shared to although with viewer access.
    2. Then using the Share --> Manage Permission, it allows to search for Ext Tenant 2 Guest 2 and share it with all the guest user in External Tenant 2 or even user from ADX Cluster Tenant.
 
Is Scenario 2 intended? is there any way to block that?

    We answered this on a different thread, but nevertheless answering for the benefit of others.

    ADX dashboards do not support cross tenant sharing today.

    When adding users to a tenant you can share with them dashboards with their guest identities.

    That also means you cannot block sharing with other tenant users a specific dashboard as long as you have sharing permissions.
