[new blog post] Microsoft Fabric real-time analytics exploration: Streaming to a Lakehouse

The goal for this post is to ingest Eventstream IoT data coming from an actual device and to pass that data on to a Lakehouse. We will learn how to process the IoT data using the SQL language and will touch on the usage of Notebooks.
