AIVision dev kit Camera default model not working

Are you using latest firmware? If not kindly upgrade it and try again.

Yes, I updated the firmware last week. Have tried to factory reset twice and gone through quick start successfully, removing and creating existing resource group and IoT Hub both times to make sure I start from scratch with OOBE experience. The camera is running and connected to IoT Hub afterwards, however, there does not seem to be any model running on the camera. Previously the default model has been running through factory reset.

    Kristian_Heim Yes that is correct when you do factory reset default model starts to run.Can you please provide me the screenshot of the error you are getting?

      I am not getting any errors. 3 green lights on the camera. I can see it connected i IoT HUB. But it is not identifying objects like it is supposed to. I guessing there are some appropriate commands i can run on the camera to see if the environment is running correctly?

        Kristian_Heim Okay got it. You can go to adb shell and run the command as # docker ps. By giving this command you can all  the 4 modules name and there status as well.
