Kristian_Heim Hi Kristian, I would suggest you to do factory reset and configure it again.

I have tried that 3 times already. Setting everything up from scratch. Not working

Are you using latest firmware? If not kindly upgrade it and try again.

  Yes, I updated the firmware last week. Have tried to factory reset twice and gone through quick start successfully, removing and creating existing resource group and IoT Hub both times to make sure I start from scratch with OOBE experience. The camera is running and connected to IoT Hub afterwards, however, there does not seem to be any model running on the camera. Previously the default model has been running through factory reset.

    Kristian_Heim Yes that is correct when you do factory reset default model starts to run.Can you please provide me the screenshot of the error you are getting?
