Viva no longer providing schedule send options
In Outlook (desktop, classic) Viva prompts to suggest scheduling emails at a good time, as illustrated below, which is great.
Previously, clicking "Schedule send" opened a Viva panel that let you confirm the time at which you wished to schedule the send. Now, however, the panel opens with a bunch of irrelevant options and no option to schedule the send:
How do I now get Viva to actually schedule the send for this email?

This has stopped working for me today as well. I am having all the following issues listed and there seems to be no solution available anywhere on the internet. Very disappointing and frustrating that this has been an issue for over a month with no resolution in sight.

Same deal, so frustrating. Would like to access this option all the time, but it's nowhere to be found.
In the meantime, you can save to drafts and then schedule send from the outlook app on your mobile.

I reinstalled office 365 and it works again.

Also here. Had just setup a trial with key staff and Viva has now decided to stop working on the Outlook desktop client. Frustrating.
