Viva Insights Delayed Delivery - not showing recomendation

Hi, 

 

I enabled the Viva Insights Delayed Delivery feature but it's not working - not showing the recommendation in Outlook. Please advise.

    Same. I have made a note on another post. I do know that if you also have rules set up to delay delivery within the desktop (the kind that only work while outlook is running) it’s a known bug. Also doesn’t work in cached exchange mode. But I have neither and hope for a solution here.
