    Hi BruceDavis, I heard back from the product team on this one. This is something they are aware of and the way delayed delivery works currently is by design. This is deeper than Viva Insights - its actually the way Outlook itself works. The team only delayed the arrival time and not the sending time, that's why the sent time reflects the actual sending time when the sender hits the Send button.

      I think they need to change the design. Make it so you can see the sent date in the email without going to header info.
