Tech_user1 gives great suggestions. Here are some more:
1-Allow uploading of Logos, as well as background images.
2-PLEASE allow collaborators to open the results in excel. There is a group of us at work that all used to be able to access the Excel version of responses and now ONLY the owner can do so. I create all the forms, however, it is someone else's job to work with the responses. What good is view & edit, if collaborators can't view and edit everything?
