Employee Burnout metrics to include insights on documents worked on
Viva Insights is focused on collaboration metrics but for employee burnout risks this should also include documents worked on, OneDrive & SharePoint data (this is captured in Viva Insights Personal - MyAnalytics).
If i am working on documents outside normal working hours (without collaborating) this will still have an impact on my risk of burnout.
