From where I sit, the key is to use the Explore stage to identify one time-consuming or frustrating process rather than trying every new tool at once. Starting with something simple, such as drafting donor thank-you letters or summarising grant guidelines, could demonstrate the value quite quickly. Small wins can make wider adoption much easier.
