Last week, had a great conversation with ZoeAmar and one thing we talked about was the need for nonprofits to add people to their boards experienced in ethics and who understand the technology.
How are you making your board and governance "ai-ready" ?

Our board started with a relaxed lunch-and-learn session using a simple, nontechnical AI explainer. That made the subject feel far less intimidating. Having one or two people who can explain the terminology in plain English also made a noticeable difference. I think adding a brief digital ethics discussion to quarterly meetings could keep the conversation moving without turning everyone into an AI specialist.
