Integrate MS AI into our 3rd party app
Is there a way to integrate AI (copilot) into our 3rd party app? Our app is used by large number of users to access technical content. They have to navigate through tons of content which is not very efficient. The AI for example could based on the user profile, push matching content on the top. This is just one example, there are many more.
I am not sure whether MS NP division has any dedicated team who collaborate with NP organisations like us on such needs, is there a way to contact someone there?
Luckily, I found this community while looking for ways to contact MS. I can already see some interesting discussions in different sections.

That sounds like a strong use case for Copilot and AI-driven personalization. You could explore integrating Copilot capabilities through APIs and connectors so the AI can use your app’s content and user context to surface more relevant information. Another recommendation is reaching out through Microsoft’s nonprofit support or partner channels to see whether there’s a team that can advise on your specific integration needs.
Microsoft has teams that can help nonprofits explore this sort of use case. Personalised content could be a good candidate for Azure OpenAI Service, particularly if it can connect neatly with your existing API layer. I would start with a small proof of concept around one content category. Semantic search could also make content discovery much easier without making the project unnecessarily complicated.
