Support requests used to be resolved quickly and efficiently with knowledgeable agents calling within 20-30 minutes of opening a case. But early this week I opened a support ticket at about 10 AM ...
Microsoft has more important things to do than fix problems with its software, or help you with any issues you may have. NOTEPAD NEEDS AI!
