What Happens to Email Address Policies in Multidomain Hybrid setup?
Hi Guys!
I have a multi domain Exchnage 2013 hybrid setup. I am going to decommission this but I have many email address policies for each of my site. If I remove the exchange what will happen to email addresses to the users in each site?

Are you aware of a general recommendation to keep Exchange on-prem for management?Yes, I am aware of the general recommendation.
I will also remove sync which is required if I keep an exchange on-premise.
The whole purpose is to set online identity and remove all on-premises work loads.

Please clarify what do you mean by:
"I have many email address policies for each of my site."If all your users in Office365 what sites you refer to?
