Welcome Email to New Hires Mailbox
Hi All,
How do we send an automated welcome email to new hire mailbox during onboarding?
do we have any inbuilt mechanism available in Exchange Online?

There's nothing built-in, but sending an email via PowerShell script is pretty easy task, so you can just automate this. Plenty examples on the net if you do a search.
