Unable to see "open another mailbox" option in New exchange admin
Hi, I was(as a admin) using "open another mailbox" option in New Exchange Admin to view others mailbox rules. but i don't find that option now. is it retired by Microsoft?

- It was there few days ago, looks like they removed it now. You should still be able to access it via the old /ecp URL and providing the user's email address, i.e.: https://outlook.office.com/ecp/email address removed for privacy reasons
