unable to login to ECP from Exchange server 2016 getting Authentication error

Question

I am unable to login into ECP getting Authentication error. I have checked all the possible troubleshooting. And finally did the restore for Exchange server. It works for some time but again getting the same login issue. Tried with Powershell but still unable to login getting authentication error.

Can someone help me on this issue ?

And also how can we validate the communication for Exchange server and Active directory?
