System Mailbox issue

Is it an auditlog mailbox? try run a get-mailbox -auditlog and see what mailbox DB it/they live on. If it does live on the DB you can delete it using the disable-mailbox cmdlet.

- if you use "tab" to cycle through the available options for the get-mailbox cmdlet, you can run through those options to see if anything lives on it. It's possible it's left over from a much older version of Exchange. As last resort, you can also go to ADUC and look in the User container for an object with the same name and delete from there or use ADSI edit to delete the DB.

If I look in the AD under users, I do not see that system mailbox. I do however see it under Microsoft Exchange System Objects. - If I use "tab", I do not see audit log and I can only see this mailbox when doing Get-mailboxstatistics. I will have a look in AD.
I am just scared that removing that will break something:(
Am I correct in saying that the healthmailboxes can just be removed as per multiple articles?- If you can delete the mailbox DB, then nothing is located on it. There is error checking on this process that will not allow you to delete a DB that contains mailboxes or other items (export requests etc). For system mailboxes, if you delete a required one, just re-run the setup.ex /prepareAD and that will recreate it
