Switch from hosted email to Exchange Online

- May 16, 2024I did something similar recently and we took the same approach as there were only 5 mail users so the process was:
Before changing the DNS settings all users exported their mailboxes as pst files
DNS was changed so mail for the domain routed through 365
Users were given instructions on how to created a new Outlook profile and sign into that using the Microsoft 365 option
They then imported their pst files into their new profile
