Some Android mobile can't set up Exchange Mail box, what's problem?

Hello All,

My Exchange Mail Server 2010.

Our members could set up mail box for iPhone,

but some android mobile can't set up.

Have anyone know the problem reason (My Exchange Server TLS too low?)?

How to fix it?

    My question is Mobile brand or android version problem?

    or Exchange server TLS too low security need to upgrade TLS version to higher?

    Because my samsung Galaxy A52S Android 14 never set up Exchange Mail success,

    My boss REDMI Android mobile could work for Exchange Mail before couple days,

    suddenly Exchange Mail can't autosync.

    I delete the mail account and resetup the Exchange Mail account, but still failed,

    Message always show contace the IT member.

    Please help and Thank you in advance.
