Set limits sending emails
Sometimes the users are sending too many emails for short period, for example bulk, newsletters, distribution groups, forwarding of meetings and the tenant is blocked. Is it possible to set up limits...
- This simply means DGs within your tenant. As for restricting senders, try the methods outlined here: https://office365itpros.com/2020/01/17/custom-recipient-limits-exchange-online-mailboxes/
Better yet, if you have a need to send messages in bulk, use a third-party service that specializes in that.
