send email from Wordpress exchange on prem account

hello 

im trying from the wordpress website to send an email with my onprem exchange account.

everytime i tries i get Could not authenticate im sure about the login and pass the smtp i put either the ip of the server or mail.server.com encryption set to none and smtp authentication  yes if i said no i can receive the mail  im using the port 25 

no matter what i try i can't receive the mail
