Scanned attachments nested inside email attachment
Our copiers scan and email attachments to the user's inbox. In the past, the email would arrive with the scanned pdf attached. Recently, the email arrives with another email attached with the scanned document attached inside that attached email. I'm not sure why we are getting the nested email attachment all of a sudden and how to fix it.

Im experiencing the same issue now. Im getting an email from specific domain as an attachment. May i know what you did to resolve this?

DO you have the ATP Safe attachments functionality enabled?
No, I do not think we do. I went to Security & Compliance>Policy and did not see a safe attachments tile.
