Resource rejects multiple occurrence schedule due to holidays

Question

We have a user that is trying to book ongoing meetings in one of our meeting rooms. All of the meetings are being rejected due to conflicts with holidays. Holidays on the calendars are on across the board. Is there a way to take the holidays of a resource calendar? We are using Exchange 365.
